Any good small Android's anymore?

Are there any good small, modern Android's anymore? I prefer Android to IOS but I like to be able to one hand a phone. When I tried the Galaxy Nexus it was too wide for my liking. I have the Nexus S currently. That phone is the perfect size. It's time for an upgrade but I don't see any good one-handable phones short of going to an iPhone.

The Motorola RAZR M or I (depending where you are) is slightly smaller than the Nexus S but has a larger screen. Might be worth a look.

It is indeed a good one-hand phone. I have not encountered any problem so far and it runs smooth.

I like my HTC One V as well. I don't actually find it underpowered at all. Great phone for the money.

The One V is a great phone, really. The camera is great on that thing.

My wife also protested the size of most new phones, but she is pleased with the RAZR M. If VZW is an option I highly recommend it.

The HTC One S isn't much bigger than the One V but has much more powerful hardware and a better screen. Beautiful construction too.
