Help Any ideas what's broken on my Desire-z? Help!

Hi.
My phone dropped only like half a meter distance on a floor.
After that it's been doing this..
Any idea what got broken?

Tried to flash and install rom again, didnt work. It's broken inside..

Okay, after disassembling and investigating i found the problem.

When i press this part of the phone with finger(red circle), it starts to flicker and bug like in the video above..
What this cable actually does, and how i could fix it..? Is it connecting to screen? Didnt found good guide to disassemble more so didnt do it.

Do i need to replace whole piece of phone.. (rounded with cyan color)?
without the back cover it works way better than with it.
