Anybody can figure this out

Every so often since my last upgrade my phone will say verizon log in failed server password has changed . I can still get my emails and phone works normal but whats with the notifications ,The only way to wipe off notification is to re enter password . Eventually with in a day or two it will come back What gives ?

Mine too, Cloud has not backed up my Contacts List since the last "upgrade"....

one of these days, I am going to call Customer Service and have their Level 2 folks fix it.

I tried to log into Cloud today, it will not accept my password, even though that password has not changed in 20 years.

I can go online and the password works from my desktop PC...
