Anybody get their pre-order email from Dell yet?
Just got mine. Anybody know Dells return policy on these things?
I haven't received mine yet! WTF!
I got mine, but it was filtered as spam.
I checked my spam folder and there's nothing there. I signed up for the email and text message alert and I haven't received either.
I'm assuming there was a link in the message that takes you to the order page?
Yep. It doesn't work though. I go to order and am told that I'm ineligible to get the streak as an upgrade.
I'm just wondering if the link's are generic for everyone or if they're specific to each person that was emailed.
I don't care about the upgrade price because I'm not eligible.
It seems to be user-specific, as the url it redirects to has a huge string of random characters at the end.
Can someone post the link? I just spoke to Dell on the phone and she gave me the coupon code and link to order the Streak but the link was so long that I must have wrote it down wrong. Apparently the link isn't unique only the coupon code.
Or PM me if you don't feel comfortable posting it here.

Mine is on the truck be here tomorrow. Cool at least Dell did something right.
How?!? I got my invite to pre-order and it clearly says ship date 8/13 and 2 days will be Monday or Tuesday next week.
I just placed my order and it says 8/17, so I don't see how folks are getting it tomorrow. LIES I tell ya!
Return policy is up to 15% restocking fee plus taxes. They are selling it direct, so At&t 30 day return policy doesn't apply.
I got the email around 8:15am, chatted with the Sales Reps on-line, but I am not buying until I can feel and touch one and the price comes down.
Shipped today and I paid for overnight shipping. I think we're a little presumptuous to be calling people liars.
Do you have a FEDEX/UPS, etc tracking number that shows that they actually have it and it just isn't in "shipping information received from seller" type of status. Not that I don't trust Dell, ok, yet, I don't trust Dell They have been so bad so far, don't expect to become miracle workers for today only
Now, I am not hoping for bad things for anyone, I really hope you get your device tomorrow, I just don't have any faith that Dell will know how to get the product out the door and on a truck
Well sorry Big D, but everything said shipping on the 13th and 2-day was the best you could get. Please post up if you get it tomorrow, that would be quite a surprise as when I checked out hours ago it said it was shipping the 13th and would arrive on the 17th, from Austin to Austin.
Rats, mine did not ship yet. Hoping it gets onto the truck tomorrow. Also my order receipt shows the BT headset in the total, but the confirmation does not. Hmm....
If you got the BT headset, what time did you place your orders? Dell support told me they were already out when I talked to them, but I don't see how they ran out so fast.
Probably around 3/4 PM EST.
