    I just got this text message from Virgin Mobile:

    Anyone else?

    I found this part interesting - I wonder what the "data threshold" is set at?

    "- Speed Reduction for Beyond Talk Monthly Plans
    * Once the system is updated, we will begin throughput speed reduction for the Beyond Talk Monthly plans on all devices. To ensure all customers have reliable access to data services, we will begin implementation of throughput speed reduction, once the established threshold is reached.
    * To help ensure you're aware of your throughput limiting status, we'll send you a message when 85% of the data threshold has been used, and again when you've reached 100% of your data threshold and speeds will be reduced.

    Same as it's always been, 2.5 Gb. This has to do with the Evo V running on Wimax, until now they haven't been tracking 4G data usage because it's running on Sprints servers and Virgin had no way to see it. If you look at the second paragraph the operative word is "ALL" phones.

    So are you saying it has always been this way for 3G users - they are now just adding 4G users?
