Anyone Else Still Trying To Get A Working Phone Out Of Sprint After Last Monday's Brick Download?

    I'm going on 10 days now with no phone at all. Sprint and Radio Shack seem like they could care less. What terrible customer service. My Radio Shack store has no idea when they will see another EVO in the store. Sprint says I have to exchange it back to Radio Shack. I have just about had enough of Sprint now.

    The only options you have are to wait it out indefinitely and just 'trust' them to honor your 30 day return clause, or you get your money back now and buy the phone from the next retailer to actually get some in stock.

    Well, there is a third option... wait for EPIC 4G! Hell, it might be out before more EVOs are in stock anyway.

    Yea really. I'm wondering if they are even producing the EVO now. You would think you would see a constant stream of phones coming from the factory not the tiny dribble we have been seeing. The HTC plant should be able to produce 100s of Evos a day and still some stores go weeks without seeing one come in, the question is where are they?

    Sprint has about 3-400 phones sitting in their warehouse for repair purposes, but it's for people who bought their phone through SPRINT (you used radioshack, so its on them to get replacements.) my phone broke last week and they mailed it out in like 19 hours I had a brand new phone.

    Well since the bricking was caused by Sprints download they should send Radio Shack the repair replacement phones for the ones they wrecked at least, after all we are also Sprint customers.
