    I am definitely eligible for the upgrade, but this is all I can get from Dell's site. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I just talked to dell support, and there is nothing they can do. I just hope they have them in stock tomorrow.

    I found out in my area that AT&T is going to have them in stock tomorrow.

    This problem came up on the twitter #dellstreak discussion for a few people. It was not uncommon, although one person sourced his problem being he had a corporate account.

    Did Dell give any solution for it?

    I'm kinda pissed that I can't get the bluetooth headset for 99 cents because of this.

    Well great Dell. It now says that I am eligible, but I can't get the BT headset because of the website's error. I'm gonna have to make a call to dell support tomorrow.
