I've been trying to find a way to stream music from my Droid to my PS3 so I can listen to it on the system in my living room. I've run into a couple of problems and haven't been able to find a method that works. First of all, the PS3 doesn't support the A2DP Bluetooth profile, so music streaming through BT won't work. This was the first big disappointment. I've considered just using an adapter on a double ended headphone cable and plugging it straight into the receiver, but then I'd have a cable strung across the living room. I'm not sure there really is any other way to do this, but if someone's figured it out, please share the wealth. I know I can just set up to stream music to the PS3 on my network from my PC, but I don't want to do that. I would like access to change the music from my phone and listen to things like Internet radio stations or Grooveshark, which I'd have to go to the PC manually to play. Any suggestions? Or is this one hopeless.
