I spoken to Google Sunday morning here in the UK and the operator immediately offered a replacement for the raised screen issue and passed it of to a 'specialist' who was going to get in touch to arrange. The email confirmation message (see below) made no mention of a replacement just that someone would be in touch. Not a cheep so far and I wonder if I'm being fobbed off? 'Thank you for contacting Google. It was a pleasure getting to speak with you today. As promised, I've forwarded your case to a specialist to begin working to resolve your issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you come across any other information that you'd like to pass along, please feel free to reply to this email. Your responses will automatically go to the specialist working on your case.' Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
