Is there anyone who has swapped phone because of 4G dropping? Any improvements?

I swapped mine because 4G, 3G, 1X, and ALL signal drops, at least the Verizon store thinks a swap was in order, and no it didn't work......

Yeah, that is what i was afraid of. Looks like our phones are fine. Either network fix, or software update is needed.

I swapped mine and am still having some issues. Phone didn't show 4G all morning and was telling me my location was another state!

I'm not in a 4G area so I don't know if I also have that problem, but the location issue is the same as what I'm having. It reads me fine when I'm out, but when I'm at home it's showing me in another state. They're sending me out a replacement & if it works I'll keep it, otherwise I'll switch back to my current Tbolt & they'll escalate the ticket to go to their national bureau.
