I have used Swype, and the beta stopped working and no version works. I also HATE that you can not do voice to text.

So then I get the froyo keyboard raved about on here. For some reason voice to text does not work and I get a server error no matter what.

So then I get swiftkey trial. Excellent keyboard. It does not seem to always use predictive text. For example when I open my gmail app and respond to email it does not work. Voice to text works great though.

Is there anything else I should look at? I like predictive text and voice to text. Those are musts.

SwiftKey is my favorite non-swyping keyboard. I find that I rarely type an entire word out and the more I use it the more it learns what words I mean. Very nice. You could try Vlingo's keboard, very similar.

Ultra Keyboard. Trial for a day or two, then $2.79. It does everything and fully customizable. Paired with Handcent the customization is endless.
