App for remove startup and shutdown animation

Hi guys,

i have a stock zte phone with a local carrier (TIM). I hate this animations and if possible i glad to remove it. I had rooted the phone, so anyone know some app or way to remove it? Also tried to add bootanimation.zip with root explorer in right folder. If i add manually a bootanimation i had the stock (TIM) animation + that i've added. I want remove completelly if possible.

Which "right folder" did you add it to - /data/local or /system/media?
