Not sure if this is my phone or the app. I have an app jackpot party casino I have used on my phone for a year now no problem. As of about 3 weeks ago when I open the app over 4g and click log into facebook to play the app it hangs on retrieving player information, same if I hit play as guest. I can leave it 10min and it will not go to the games. Works fine over wifi and connects.

I also have this app on my tablet and I use to be able to use the mobile hotspot from my phone and open the app on my tablet fine but that does the same also but again over wifi the app opens fine on the tablet and I can play.

Interesting thing is another game caesars slots but a different app developer I think that I have on my phone an tablet acts the same way and started this at the same time. Other apps like candy crush and stuff work fine over 4G.

Stopped into a T-Mobile store the other day and the guy says he plays jackpot party on his phone and it connects fine over 4G on his phone and he didn't know what to make of it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my phone and no luck. I have the latest version of the app. Anyone play these apps and have a clue as to what happened that I can't access them over 4G? Mary

The guy at T-Mobile whom you spoke with seems like he'd try to help you. Ask him if he can reprovision your account. Give it a couple of hours, then try. (It could also be the SIM, but both going bad at the same time in the same way would be worse odds than winning the lottery.)

If that still doesn't work, ask him if he could escalate the problem with tech support for you.

I admit that, after many years in the business, this one has me totally stumped.

He swapped out the sim no luck. I went it the other day because I was getting an error in the google store when trying to update any app, something about server or some such so he swapped out the sim and no luck but said maybe google store was having trouble so give it 24hrs then yesterday that corrected it self.

While I was there I thought I would ask about the jackpot party app jut to see. Don't live near that location so just stopped there on a whim as I was passing it. Will try the store I live by and see if they have any solutions. Googled and am not finding complaints about this. I think I am going to get the F6 soon though so then will see what happens when I put the app on that phone.

Oh a week ago I was about 4hrs away in another city and strangely the app worked a few times over 4G but not every time. I was getting my son moved into his apartment and was in the heart of a very busy city so while sitting at the curb with the car waiting for him to haul his stuff up to the apartment I tried just to see and it connected so I could play but then when we got back to the hotel about 20min away wouldn't work there so I don't know if it was a fluke it worked a few times there or what. Well today I noticed both apps are by the same developer, Williams interactive, very strange and it's still not working. Will try contacting the app developer. Mary
