App to just add screen-tap to take picture?

On my wife's Droid X with the case on it's difficult for her to take pics with the camera button. Is there an app that JUST adds screen tap to take a picture? I know Vignette adds this as do a couple others I think but I am not looking for a whole camera app. Maybe there is no way around this but I thought I would ask. Thanks!

Vignette was the first thing that came to mind. Why not use it as the default camera? It actually allows more control of the camera than the stock program.
