I use AppBrain and wondering why sometime Apps show up there but when I try to download them the Android Market tells me they don't exist. Two examples are Weatherbug Elite and Live Scores.

I have been experiencing the same problems. I bought an app and then had to re-set my phone and when i logged back into app market the application that i had purchased before was no where to be seen?

If you're running a version of the Android OS that isn't "officially" supported yet, the market will block apps that have their "copy protection" mode turned on.

Another possibility is, the version you are running is not supported by the app which will cause the market to not show it to you.
