General apps not downloading today

    Anyone else having problems downloading apps from the android market? I just get starting download but no progress. Any ideas?

    I know I had this problem a couple weeks ago and it was because of one of google's servers being down. I wasn't able to download apps, gmail would not autopush, and google talk would not connect. However, this has also been an ongoing issue since like 2009. Look here

    Same here. Have tried at least 10 times with no luck. Going to put the toy down til this afternoon. Finally going to do some "work"!

    I've had some trouble downloading apps the past couple days as well. They would eventually download, but took a very long time from "starting download" to do it.

    i figured out my problem. it had to do with a wifi network i was on. when i moved locations the apps downloaded with no problems.

    I thought it was a problem - but I waited 5 minutes then it started downloading. Their may be a backup of people allowed to download and we are being put in the queue.

    Don't cancel it - give it 10-15 min first.
