Root Apps Reverting To Old Versions On Reboot

I have a question...

I am using White Widow v4.6. I love the ROM, however, one thing keeps annoying me. When I reboot the phone a few of my apps revert back to old versions. I've noticed this with Google Voice and Astro so far.

My suspicion is it has something to do with the apps being baked into the ROM itself and me using Apps2SD (which seems to work great otherwise).

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, moving the app to the SD and back, nothing seem to work. One other thing of note is: I can uninstall the app, reboot and it's back, the old version, of course.

Any help would be appreciated...
