    Thought it might be quite useful to share the apps we have all tried so far on the Desire. Here's my starter:

    Also note that some of the better apps do not yet show up in the android market if you have a desire but will in due course

    As the desire as not yet been officially released. We're using a different firmware version and apparently copy protected apps(usually the better apps) will not appear on the marketplace until the firmware is approved.

    Things like Diggin, ExZeus, Armageddon. To name a few that I've tried

    Yeah i noticed that. Im using Linda Manager to manage all my files on phone & sd card. Its as good as ASTRO imho.

    I will try to look into it a bit more as it looks like a really handy app. Good to see there is a good community out there using it. :)

    I have not installed any yet but a messenger would be good to install.
