Root Apps suddenly force close

I had installed EB28 recently from SDX Developers as per the instructions on how to root the Momemt, and it was working fine for awhile, then very recently I restarted my phone and trouble started. Many apps such as K9 mail, Handcent SMS, Springpad, even at one point Google Maps started force closing. Also, every time I restart my phone, many of the apps start up again w/ a EULA page, as if they had never been started before on my phone. What happened? What can I do about this? Should I re-flash the rom?
