Hello all, now I have a weird problem. Apps like map, internet, spring navigation, voice dial turn on randomly. I no its bad to use app killer but when these things are on they kill my battery and I have no choice but to use it.

Also a random question, how much does ur battery drain when ur using the internet?

More than likely you are using an app that is utilizing the features of one or more of those programs listed. It has to open those to get the app to work.

I find that a number of apps - especially Qik and Sprint Navigation - turn themselves on when I leave my phone unattended for a while. This happens most often when I leave my phone plugged in to charge over night. I kill all but Clock, and Weather before going to bed, and most mornings Qik and Sprint Navigation have opened themselves up. Sometimes MP3 Store does too. Note: I have never used any of these apps.

Vladdie, are you using a Task Killer?

I've never downloaded a Task Killer and I've never had the issue of Qik or Sprint Navi or any other program open up without asking it to. Seems like a lot of issues always stem from the Task Killer apps, maybe same in your case.

mp3 store always randomly loads and i could never figure out how to stop it.... i just have my app manager/killer set to leave it alone and it seems to not really do anything doesn't even use CPU

qik and sprint navigation stay off now unless i restart the phone

Same here, theres a ton of apps that continue to open up on their own after my phone is idled for a period of time. I use the app killer to kill them off and i get 15 hrs of batt life, now im about to do a comparison and leave them on and see how it impacts the battery life

I am sorry but the more I used the phone, the more I think you need an app killer. There is just to many programs misbehaving. A lot of the battery problems are caused by these programs. They just run mindlessly.

Is it possible to root, uninstall the bloatware, and unroot?

Everyone should use some type of task killer. I like ATK. Some things like camera have no other way to turn them off.
