Apps uninstalling from Sd card

Allways I download any app then transfer to external sd card,then couple of days later is no installed anymore,the icon of the app still appears empty and say not installed
What could be happening?It happened also with galaxy s4 and now also with galaxy note 4
Why are apps uninstalled alone if they are in the sd card?

My first question would be this: what BRAND microSD card do you guys have and what is the capacity? If you happened to fall prey to buying a low-cost, high-capacity card, then I'm not surprised by this. You might want to read my post in this thread:

I use a 64 Gigbytes sandisk external sd card
