Are you still calling AT&T to get credit on CAPTIVATE?

    Some people are still calling AT&T CSS to get credit for Samsung Captivate GPS issues. Is AT&T Still honoring them? I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved, but all I hear is september...

    I never called in the 1st place since it isnt an ATT problem its a Samsung problem.

    I got an extra discount on my phone when I first bought it, so I doubt they'd give me any more discounts or credits.

    is there hard proof ATT is crediting anyone for this problem? The problem has nothing to do with ATT.
    Even if they do issue credits, I am not calling, as I think ATT should not be paying me for Samsung flaws.

    i tried on like the 29th day of my 30 day period. the lady was about to discontinue my service and issue me a full refund. since I wanted the phone I told her I was going to wait it out another day and see what happened.

    makes me mad that some people got lucky and are getting hundreds of dollars back. But oh well. i like the phone and i'm no worse off.
