    For customized devices via Moto Maker: warranty claim is done though Motorola Care, however they can only be reached internally via AT&T Customer Care. They will transfer you after determining that the device is custom via IMEI to the Moto Care Department.

    For non customized (black or white): warranty claim is through the standard upgrade process with AT&T. You can reach them through Customer Care as well.
