I am trying to send MMS with audio files and can't figure it out .. can anyone help please!?
Go to Messaging app.
Select Audio or Record Audio.
It is not giving me an option for audio
What device? And do you ave any Audio on your SD card or Phone? An audio file.
i have the droid from verizon i do have an SD card, just cant find the audio that is saved on it to attach to a MMS message
When composing the message, click Menu -> Attach -> Create -> Record Audio. That's how it is on my Droid Eris. I'm assuming you have the Motorola.
yea that is what i have .. but i don't want to record audio i want to send audio that is saved on my phone already, like send a ringtone
can anyone answer this? i just asked the same question and found this one unanswered.
I have the opposite problem. When I receive a MMS my Incredible seperates the sound from the picture. Is there a way to put them together for viewing?
I believe Android doesn't show ringtones when you are attaching a file. You will have to go into the phone, find the ringtone, and save it to your SD card. I don't know how to do this.
There was an article at Android Central where they created a download link with a bunch of ringtones, and I think the stock ones are in there, too
Here is the link
It's towards the bottom, under Filling that /media folder
