authorisation of Hsbc failed.... HTC Watch IssueSupport

    I am trying to rent a movie with the HTC Watch program on my HTC Flyer. I have entered my CC info but when I press the OK button to make my purchase it spins for about 10 seconds then pops an error message on the screen:

    "Authorisation of Hsbc failed"

    I have tried going into the Programs settings screen and clearing the data, and the cache. Nothing helps. I have removed and added back the credit card numerous times and that also won't fix this. I know all the data from the card is correct, as well as my mailing address associated with the CC.

    it either means your credit card isn't accepted (amex for example) or maybe there's even something wrong with the film itself. best to contact HTC customer support if you've lost any money on this.
