Back-up help (MyBackup) prior to Factory Reset (GB OTA) help?

I'm a nOOb DXer with WiFi and 3G signal issues since the GB OTA. Not rooted, stock.

I've done the battery pulls.

I D/L the 30 day trial of MyBackupPro.

Do I back-up EVERYTHING to the SD card? Is that the easiest/fastest way to restore everything back after the reset?

Is restoring the apps from the back-up faster than the market reloading them?

I really don't want to lose any game scores, contacts, etc;

the only way I know to fully back up specific app data like game progress is to be rooted and use Titainium backup. progs like Mybackup and Astro from what I have seen will back the app up to SD, and allow for fast install after a data wipe. Only thing is they dont save your progress data.

good thing to note is by using Astro or similar you can save apps that they pull off the marketplace.
