Have used "My Backup Pro" in the past and seems good for backing up photos, music and App Apks. It wont back up data (unless you are rooted) eg information stored in a password store or notes stored on Colournote.
Is there an app out there for non rooted phones which will store everything, to allow you to factory reset then get your phone back with all the info you had previously?

I am still having problems with the phone saying "insufficient storage" even though there is 50+GB available space showing. I have been told that it is the partition cache which must be full and I need to wipe this, but I cannot access it, to do so, so was planning another factory reset and cannot face having to put all my data back in manually (again).

As far as I know, none of the backup apps from the market can backup app data unless rooted.

I found this tool here: Ultimate Backup Tool, No Root Required – xda-developers
Check that out and see if you can get yourself a backup! Let us know how it works out! :)

Thanks for your help, I had looked at this but when you delve a bit deeper it says there are "known problems" when used with the HTC One series.

    Well, that's a bummer :(

I found something else to look into. I can't tell for sure if it backs up app data or if it means data such as text messages, etc.
Anyway check this out and see what you think:

I can help walk you through the steps if you need me to? I can link you to the downloads you need and try to explain anything you don't understand. Let me know if you want to move forward with it!
