Help Backup and restore

Hi,

I want to backup my SMSes and apps along with data. I don't care about SD Card data but I don't want to go through the pain of installing the apps again and again every time I upgrade. So, I would like to know the best app for backup. I saw in the market, called Titanium Backup and it's free as well. Does it also backup SMS?

Can't help you there - never saw the point of storing a large piles of SMS's.
Try searching the Market for an app.
