Balance enquiry

I have samsung S3 Mini GT-I8190 there is problem with balance inquiry where we have code *770# which will show how much balance we have but instead of showing balance " the process.com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly"...Help me

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles, unfortunately if your not a root user, there aren't many options other than giving the device a reset to remedy force closes on system apps.
