Bang & Olufsen for LG G5, improving both mic and speakers?

I've been testing the G5 today, still unsure if I'll keep it. I've noticed that the audio, especially the microphone, isn't as good as on my previous phone.

I see this B&O module costs 123£, and I am wondering if one could expect a way better microphone / recording capabilities?
