Does anyone know of a simple, text only battery status widget? I am working on making a very clean minimalistic LauncherPRO UI, and would like to find a text only, transparent battery status widget. Ideally, something that fits nicely using the Beautiful Widgets Home (Small) widget for clock/date/weather info. Any help would be appreciated. :)

There is one that is exactly what you described. It was sexy too. Lemme hop on the market and try and find it again.

    It's called BattStatt.

It's impossible to find battstat using search on the market

Search for "tajm" instead, then select view more apps from this developer.

I can search for BattStatt just fine and it shows up.

The search seems to be case sensitive. Search for BattStatt.

Question: Does anyone know how to make this (or any other Battery Status widget) show increments of 1 percent on the Motorola Droid 1? I see many screenshots that show "Forty Six Percent" and like that better than 10% increments.

It is dependent on the phone and how it reports battery status. The Droid 1 does not allow 1% increments and whatever app to show battery percentage you get it won't show anything more than just 10% increments.

Is that just for non-root or is there a root solution? (I am non-rooted)

Rooted or not there is no workaround unless you are able to change the battery reporting 'driver'.

In WinMo I did that, but I do not think it is possible with Android yet.
