i dont know where i saw it, but I've seen someone with their phone set up like this, instead of just the green battery icon at the top in the right hand corner, it actually displays the percent too. is this something i can just flash right to my phone? or is this not possible.

i also was wondering if anyone has heard anything about being able to change the entire font on your phone. i would love to be able to customize the font! i know i've asked before, can't hurt to check again!

thanks if anyone can answer either of these questions.

Yes and yes to both your questions.

Go here to change your stock theme to Manup's Evo theme, it's probably the most popular right now. You can even leave the theme and just install the font packs and whatnot:

    [THEME] 8/11/2010 Manup456 The EVO Collection 2.2 UPDATED =) - xda-developers

Then this is the battery indicator with the percentage display that I am currently using:

There's also this one, which is the segmented circle with the percentage in the middle:

Everything in those threads are flashable :).

    Manup has these two fonts:

    Manup456_REVOlution_Font_1.1r2.zip

    or this one:

    Manup456_REVOlution_Alt_Font_1.1r2.zip

I'm using the first one because it gives it a more...Sophisticated feel. It looks like the same font WM uses to be honest. As for the ROM you're running, I don't really think that really matters because he made two packs: One for Cyan and one for everyone else. I'm using Baked Snack 1.4 and it works perfectly.

Yes sir. Drop it in your SD card, flash in recovery and your font will be all set. It'll completely change throughout and look really good.

Yep it does, a bit of warning though as the circle battery indicator will overwrite your theme, so I'd suggest going with the one I'm using. Not to mention it just looks cleaner, too.

8/20/10 Smooth-REVOlution with Battery Percentage 1.0.1 based on Manup456's REVOlution 1.1r2 theme. This should be flashed on top of Manup's theme.

8/20/10 Smooth-REVOlution without Battery Percentage 1.0.1 based on Manup456's REVOlution 1.1r2 theme. This should be flashed on top of Manup's theme.

8/20/10 Smooth-REVOlution with Battery Percentage for CM6RC2 0.9.8 based on Manup456's REVOlution 1.1 theme. This should be flashed instead of Manup's theme. Read the changelog for full details on applying.

Hmmmm...That is one question I was going to ask myself, haha. It seems the font looks very nice, but is indeed a bit small. I like the first fontpack more, but the second is more readable. It's just not as crisp or clean as the first.
