Help battery draining very fast

hi, I was charging my phone from a wall outlet. When my phone reached 100%, I plugged it out. the moment I plugged it out, my battery status immediately dropped to 11%. Can anyone please help?

Hi zhun2u. Welcome to Android Forums. The only time I had a charge problem such as you describe.. it was my battery going south. If you have another battery7, it would be a good test to try charging it. If your battery is old.. you might check into a replacement.
