Help Battery drains, screen issue

Recently my battery drains so quickly, I am only using whatsapp while the device is being charged and instead of bettery getting higher it decreases... it went down from 22% to 19% while being charged in few minutes with only whatsapp running.
I have RevolutionHD 26 and rooted..
Heres a screenshot if it helps.

I cannot have my galaxy3 for more than 1-2 hours.. :<
any help will be appriciated.!

Sorry I thought I've mentioned that, A galaxy 3 with 4.1.2
revolution HD 26.0

Are you using the Wall Charger or charging from the PC? The PC puts out lower amperage than the Wall Charger.
