Root Battery Manager Problem with 2.2

I have installed 2.2 with Root, and things seem to be generally O.K.

However, now my Battery Level never gets above 50%. I leave it on the charger all night, and it says 50% in the morning, and goes down from there.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Responding to my own Thread...

It occurred to me that since the battery gets to exactly 50%, maybe it was a problem with my Extended Battery. So, I put in the old (original) battery and sure enough, it shows 90%.

So apparently somewhere in the process of updating to 2.2, my new Extended Battery developed a problem.
