Battery mode not workingSupport

    I just (within the past couple of days) noticed that my Battery Mode doesn't seem to be working. When I go into Battery Manager to select the Battery Mode, none of the selections highlight when I try to select them. I had been using Power Saver mode but it looks like all the buttons are grayed out. Anyone else notice this or have the same issue? I powered down and did a battery pull, but that didn't fix the problem. I don't want to do a reset because it's not that big of a deal to me but it would be nice to get it fixed. Thanks.

    Mine does this too. Anyone know how to fix it?

    Has anyone come up with a solution to this? I've already spoken to tech help, done a battery pull, and even uninstalled any widgets and apps that were related to the battery, and still, when I try to choose a battery mode, none of the options turn green for me. It just goes straight back to the first page of battery manager.

    I have the same problem. Called customer service and they were no help.

    I found a solution. It's not fun, but it worked for me.

    ***INVOLVES WIPING PHONE***

    1. Back up all information on a computer or other device.
    2. Remove sim card and SD card.
    3. Go to Settings>Privacy>Factory Data Reset
    4. A warning will display with a button: "Reset Phone"
    5. Before pressing it, make sure your phone is plugged into a charger and has 25% or more battery.
    6. Press "Reset Phone" and wait.
    7. Once finished, log into Blur account, and bring backed up data into phone.

    Worked for me... hope it's something.
