I want to add a battery widget to one of my blank screens. I click on the "+" sign and look under HTC widgets and Android Widgets but I don't see any Battery Widgets. I am new to this Android thing so I appreciate the help.

OK I thought Market was only for apps? Like I said I am new to all this. I have only had the phone for three days. It is much different than my Instinct S30!!

Lots of widgets are "apps" in that sense. Anything that did not come with the phone needs to be got from somewhere. The market is the prime source.

Just installed "Battery Widget" by mippin.com from the android marketplace for my moment today. Seems to do the job.

Battery widgets are bad for battery life. Just saying.

I've had the htc battery widget for about a month now. I read about battery drain issues with this one but have not experienced it. Right now I am awake at 6%. I figure htc and htc go together. TC
