My T Mobile service was disconnected on the first day I started using it.
When inquired I was told that I made a call for 6Hrs and 40 minutes to Australia at a cost which is beyond my limit.

    This is what happened:
I used the phone as a memo to input an Australian number, dialled it and cut it immediately.

By default a single touch dials the phone and the screen goes blank in a little while.
You may never ever notice that a call has been placed

I was told by T Mobile that- if the call is made to a land line and if the end user pick up the phone and disconnects, it is a call placed by me, untill I disconnect it.

Since this was the first day I just left it in the charger and did not notice any thing abnormal.

Android is a truly amazing and wonderful gadget, but T-Mobile is quite annoying.
Service staff makes you to wait for more than 30 minutes to escalate the calls. And, this is annoying.

Any experiences, thoughts or suggestions to deal with the T-Mobile?

    Thanks and Cheers,

    Selva

this makes no sense. if the person on the other end hangs up, your phone also hangs up. the person on the other end would have to leave the phone connected for 6hrs.
