Been with Sprint two billing cycles

    And they hosed up my billing twice. I have a feeling I am going to regret switching from Verizon.
    First time, I was on the phone about 15 minutes. This time it was over 45.

    Best way to talk to sprint is online, you can chat with someone, because I cant do the phone thing anymore, they always have too heavy accents for me to be able to understand them. and if you chat with them online, you can keep a record of the chat log, and when you talk to them again, you can pull up that log and tell them every single line of crap they tried to feed you, lol
