Best Android tablet for around $100?

Any suggestions on getting a cheap Android tablet (around $100)? I've seen a few, but with low end stuff, quality is kind of hit-and-miss.

I'd obviously like to avoid an awful tablet, but I don't have unrealistic expectations, either. I know that you get what you pay for, but sometimes one item is better than others.
