Looking for the best battery saving rom for cincinnati bell blaze (commtiva z71) would be helpful to provide an apk

A ROM is a bit more than an APK. But your device can run Cyanogenmod 7.

I couldn't find your device on this site, so you'd have to look in XDA or just try CM7.

CM7 is a total battery leech for me on the Blaze. I get unreal battery life from:

2.2 - JellyBean
2.3 - SuperAOSP 8.6
