@Nick, yes! Actually they will point you to the reseller since you didn't buy from a corp vzw store or their website.

Yea it's running on thin ice this last few days. Because I've been waiting on the s4. I get even more mad it for not working right or being stupid when loading apps and being slow as heck.

Also got my email to pick up tomorrow. Called the store and was told they are coming in tonight by courier, and would be processed in after the store closes, so I could not pick it up this evening.

Best Buy didn't even send me an email and when I called they said that my order was not complete yet because they didnt have the phone in stock. Screw them...I ended up going to VZW and getting it.

Picked my phone up this AM. Took some work, but got them to price match Verizon, so basically, I got an instant $50 rebate, even though BB is not offering a rebate. So far loving what I am seeing. Fast!!! More later.

I got my s4 today from best buy. Great phone so far I really enjoy it. Much better then the thunderbolt

So I ended up buying from BB and have the Geeksquad insurance plan.

And dropped the phone a few weeks ago. Now I read online, and it appears I may have to pay a deductible? I havne't gone into the store, so I may be worried about nothing.

Just for anyone else's reference, I got the replacement, and did not have to pay anything. Happy day :smokingsomb:
