Best offline GPS navi that don't suck??

I am truly loving android. the os is "meh" but the APPs are truly astonishing.

but I am hard core missing my Garmin Mobile XT big time I REALLY REALLY miss that program.

I am looking for an android equivalent that does not suck

I know of 2 (navigon and copilot) copilot is "ok" not great looking to try the nevigon program.

suggestions? are there any other offline (mandatory) mapping programs for android?

what about MARINE navigation? (charts etc..)
