    Hi all,

I know there have been lots of threads about weather apps, but I was wandering if someone could recommend the best app for weather in the UK. I've tried quite a few but not really been 100% happy with any. Definitely need the ability to display in Celcius with an easy to read 5 day forecast etc.

    :)

Try 'Fancy Widget' for weather and a clock displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. If you don't need the clock then you can always tray Palamary Weather's full featured app. The paid version has a widget as well.

The Weather Channel is the one to go for - save locations, hourly forecast, 36 hour forecast, 10 day forecasts, satellite imagery etc......solid and reliable....just the job

The hourly forecast is pretty poor for the UK though. It always seems to think it's raining.

Have tried a couple. Liked WeatherBug the best but like mentioned above the forecasts were very inaccurate. I now have a shortcut set up to the mobile version of the met office website. Not slick, no widget (got Sense, complete with windscreen wiper for that!), but the most accurate weather I know of.

Palmary is nice, but without a widget having a weather ap is completely pointless IMO.
