    Seidio : beware, they say they have battery chargers in stock. take your money, then the day its supposed to be delivered, i get a email saying its back ordered and don't know when it will be in.

    Why don't you try contacting them directly through the email or their phone, (832) 204-1118? They'll probably let you cancel your order.

    Which charger did you order? Is it the "multi-function battery charger" that holds a spare battery? If so you're better off anyway. You can buy the same one off eBay PLUS 2 batteries for $12 (except it's shipped from China) but that's the same place the Seidio one comes from anyway.

    If it's back-ordered you will have no problem canceling it.

    ok, called them back on the phone today and guess what, damn thing is not in stock even after i asked if it was when i placed the order. don't know when it will be in stock even though their web site even now says its in stock and ready for shipping http://www.seidioonline.com/. they will bold face lye to you and say its in stock just to get your money now. i have called the cc co. and reported them as a fraud charge since the money was removed from my acc. and goods not shipped as promised or even when it could be shipped. only explanation the rep could give was "sometimes salesmen just do that" .

    LET THE BUYER BEWARE :mad:

    and their response was "it is our practice to advertise these items because they will soon be ready for shipping".

    We will start shipping the battery charger either by wednesday (6/23) or Thursday (6/24). Seidio does not charge the credit card until the shipping is made.

    Puhhhhleeese! While I don't like their PRODUCTS it certainly isn't "false advertising." If anything it's unexpected inventory delays. It comes by boat from China. Maybe it got stuck in the BP oil spill.

    If you're looking for that $29.95 + $7.00 shipping "extra battery" charger I'll gladly sell you mine for $25.00 delivered. It's only a week old and I have no use for it as my battery life is excellent.

    Not to mention they were selling cases that were not properly tested and scratched up numerous Evo's including mine.

    I let everyone I know not to buy their products. Even steered a few people away from them at BB when Im there.
