Root Bionic Update to Jellybean Custom ROM: Worth It? Which One?

I'm running the latest stock ICS on my VZW Bionic and lost root, but, will root it again soon.

I need your help deciding:

* in light of an expected Q2 update from VZW, is it worth updating to a JB custom ROM? I know that's subjective to some degree, but how significant do you see Google Now and any other features?

* would you recommend AOKP or CM10? My priority is stability if that helps.

Overall, I really like upgrading and customizing so long as it doesn't take forever or seriously risk bricking my phone.
