Help Black Screen - how can i backup for new phone

I dropped my phone and the screen is now black. of course, i didn't have any type of backup. i can connect my phone via usb to the computer. i have photos & music & contacts. is there a way to get apps and widgets downloaded from the black screen phone to the new phone?

also is there a way to set the black screen phone to factory restore via the computer?

For the photos and such using the usb is a good start for those.
As for the apps you can pull them from the app store still or try down loading KIES to you computer and using that to do a backup.

As for the factory reset..... Not sure
