Blueant Q1/Q2 app

I have the HTC Incredible and have a Blueant Q1 bluetooth. I recently had to have my first HTC Incredible replaced and I cannot get my replacement to show my device on the android market on my PC. I am at checkout and it's a free app - and it asks choose device on which to install - i see my phone but they are not available for choices. Did I miss something on trying to get my phone set back up the way it was. I had the app on my old Incredible and my A2DP will not work or the messages and music will not play through my bluetooth. Can anyone help.
