Bluetooth and linking to pixelpipe

I have tried to send a 3gp file via bluetooth to a mates phone but it says the transfer could not be completed on the target device. His BT is on and mine finds it ok and starts to send the file, then fails. Any ideas? It also wants to send my contacts each time!! Its not very slick and my old Nokia N900 is much more effective. Is there an app that makes the standard functionality any more useable? Otherwise could there be a file size limit? The options for BT are a bit thin on this phone!

Also, having problems getting picks onto pixelpipe from the phone using the share function. I have reauthenticated with Pixelpipe. Any ideas?
