    Hey Ray,
    Did you get this sorted?
I have the same issue and same car...
Problems started when I updated my Desire to Froyo.
It sees the Skoda BT and says that it is paired but not connected.

    Cheers,

Hey Ray (and any other Yeti owners),
I have found the issue I think...
I unpaired the device when the car was off and then repaired it (with the car on ;)). This time however when asked if I wanted to pair the phonebook to the Yeti I refused, and refused again...
    Now the bluetooth works perfectly.
So the issue seemed to be around the updating/pairing of the phonebook.

I hope this helps - and I hope Ray checks back here to find the solution... I am having trouble with the thought that Ray is out there cursing the Yeti - or worse cursing the Desire ...
    Will someone please tell him........

    H

It might be worth enquiring as to whether it's possible to get a firmware update for the head unit.

I had similar weirdness and flaky disconnects in my car (Ford Mondeo), I asked them to apply any available firmware updates to it when it was in for a service one time and it sorted everything out.
